Open Education Advocacy – Invited Talks, Keynotes, and Workshops

I am an open education advocate. I believe that open education practices have the potential to make improvements in pedagogical approaches and radical impacts on political economies of teaching and learning. Below are examples of my open education advocacy work.

Open Education Resources

As a faculty member, I continue to develop a number of open educational resources. As an affiliate assistant professor in the Department of Geography at UBC, I also work with many students on open pedagogy projects and help manage a website (open.geog.ubc.ca) that hosts open education resources for use in geography and environmental studies. The below links show some of these open education resources that I have created with colleagues and learners.
